This project is a significant reference that once again proves our expertise in infrastructure and superstructure contracting works for public institutions and organizations. The revision and completion construction work on the existing service building aimed to increase the building's energy efficiency, adapt the interiors to modern office needs, and complete the lacking technical infrastructure.
In line with Güngör A.Ş.'s policy of providing the highest added value, quality-certified materials and modern management techniques were utilized. The scope of the project meticulously included facade renewal, thermal insulation, interior partitioning, the integration of electrical and mechanical systems, and landscape design. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and with a success above the quality levels expected by the client, solidifying our esteemed position in the sector.
